CREDIT
The credit will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. We will send you an email as soon as we have processed the return and authorized the refund. Times vary depending on the credit institution and the payment method used. If within this period you have not received any communication, please contact our customer service.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs of the goods in case of return of the product are borne by the buyer, who is free to use any courier or means of his choice. Serpico Distribuzione Srl is not responsible for damage or loss caused during transport.
